Since tungsten and molybdenum are generally short during wire drawing, continuous manual feeding to the wire drawing machine is needed,and in general one person can only operate two wire drawing machine at the same time. When short materials are butted into long materials by the tungsten-molybdenum butt welder which produced by our co***ny,one person can operate five wire drawing machines at the same time ,and thus the working efficiency and economic benefits are greatly improved.In addition , some extremely short materials can not be fed into the wire drawing machine ,or the length of drawn wires varies as a result of application of the short materials , so a number of short edges can not be used during shearing , and serious waste can be caused . When the short materials are butted to long materials to the largest extent, the waste can be reduced, and the cost can be saved.
